How to increase the sperm count?

                                      In this new generation lifestyle, most of the males have very less sperm count.


 Normal sperm count of an adult is 120 to 350 million/cubic cm. Below 40 million is considered as a low sperm count. There are a lot of causes for less sperm count. The main reasons behind the less sperms problem are given below

·         Deficiency of zinc
·         Heavy cigarette smoking
·         Excessive alcohol intake
·         Any prostate gland infection
·         Use of tight undergarments
·         Keeping cellphones in pants pocket
·         Side effects of some medicines
·         Over masturbation or ejaculation
·         Congenital disorder
·         Some lubricants causes sperm death
  • ·         Shower in hot water

·         Living in hot atmosphere
Tips or ways to increase the sperm count
1.      
  • Eat nutritional foods like carrots, oats, cashewnut, kismiss, badam , strawberry, egg white, potatoes, apple ,oysters , seafood, fish, curd, green leafy vegetables, watnuts,groundnut,banana, chocolate,garlic,spinach etc.
  • 2.       Do regular exercise- testosterone is necessary for the production of healthy sperm, testosterone releases into the body when doing regular exercises.
  • 3.       Avoid hot water bath- hot water causes sperm death because normal temperature of testis is below normal body temperature. So don’t use hot water for daily bathing.
  • 4.       Avoid using tight inner wears- using tight inner wear increases the temperature of testis which causes sperm death or less production in sperm count.
  • 5.        Avoid smoking and use of alcohol- smoking cause the chance of infertility by decreasing the activity of sperms. Leave smoking and use of alcohol if you are planning to make a baby.
  • 6.      Give a gap of 3 days between two consecutive ejaculations. This helps to keep a person to get a healthy sperm
  • 7.       Avoid using bicycles because bicycles seats are one of a reason for reducing sperm count.
  • 8.       Avoid stresses and tension. Do yoga and exercises to get off from  stress and tensions
  • 9.       Never use steroids- use of steroids are also strong reasons for the sperm killing. So do not use steroids. It has so many harmful chemicals which cause sperm death
  • 10.   Use multi vitamin and zinc supplements daily will increase the strength of the sperms.
