How Increase Height


                Many boys and girls are worried about their height. Some girls are adjusting with high heels. some boys tells height are out of fashion.Body height is the measurement or distance from the top of the skull (head) to the bottom of the foot in standing position. You can measure the height with the help of a measuring tape.The parameters are centimeter, inches and foot/feet. Its not so easy to increase the height without any hard work.The height of each individuals varies according to the

  •  Gender( males are more taller than female )    
  • Lifestyle
  • Activities 
  • Diet
  • Immune responses
  •   Family history 
  • Growth hormone level 
  • Age 
  • The increase of height stops at the age of 21-22years
Ways to increase the height are
1. EAT WELL -  Eat a good balanced diet. You should have food time to time regularly. You should never skip your breakfast and it must be healthy diet by including ,eggs, peanut ,cheese,butter etc

2. SLEEP WELL – You should sleep at least 8 hours a day. You can take rest in between the busy schedule also.
3. DO NOT USE STEROIDS – steroids and necessary for body but not artificial. Artificial steroids are very harmful. It has a lot of side effects and it will damage your internal organs. Overdose may cause death also. The artificial steroids will suppress the growth of your bones.
4. EXERCISES:  It has an important role in increasing height. It improves the blood supply to the vital organ. Thus your body works properly. Do chin-up / hanging exercises daily.

     Swimming also helps to increase the height. Join to some Gymnasium is advisable. But should not break your exercise in between. Do stretchable exercises also.
5. DRINK WATER – drink plenty of water will help the body cool and gives a proper digestion and absorption of food and other nutrition. Daily you should drink 8-10 glass of water.
6. YOGA- yoga gives you a peaceful mind and confidence throughout the life. Do yoga with the help of a yoga teacher regularly. It is always good for the body as well as mind. Some yoga like Trikonasana,Bhujangasana, vriksasana helps to increase the height of the body
7. STOP SMOKING- cigarette smoking is very bad to the body. It will stop the growth hormone functions. So that body will stop growing.  Nicotine present in the cigarette is too bad to the body. It affects the digestion and respiration too.
8. VITAMIN D - Vitamin D helps the body to grow. Vitamin D is rich in sunlight. Do a morning walk at the sunrise time is a good option. But after 10am the sunlight is not good for the body.  Include sea foods and mushrooms in your diet.
9. USE CALCIUM- Calcium helps to strengthen the bones and teeth. Calcium is rich in bones and thrones. Drink meat soap with bones is a good option. If you are a vegetarian diet you can drink milk and calcium rich tablets also.
10. ZINC - Eat chocolates,oyster,sea fish,peanut,egg etc
11. POSTURE- keep your shoulder straight and chin up. Be confident always.

    As I crossed 25 I have no chance for increasing my height..
    But I will definitely help others who are eligible for increasing their height and suggest the methods which I learned from this website..
